Six6s App Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the six6s app website or mobile application and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the six6s app platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and six6s app. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, placing bets on cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports, using casino and gaming products, claiming bonuses, and any other interaction with the platform.

These terms are written in plain English to ensure they are accessible to all users. Where technical or legal language is necessary we have tried to explain it clearly. If you have any questions about what anything in these terms means, please contact our support team before creating an account.

2 Eligibility

To use six6s app and place bets on any sports, casino, or gaming product available on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Six6s app is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the platform or from gambling more broadly under any self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

Six6s app may ask you to verify your age and identity at any point. You agree to provide accurate documentation when requested. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functions.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on six6s app. Opening or attempting to open more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your account you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Accounts must be registered in your own name. You cannot register an account in another person's name or on behalf of another person.
• You may not transfer your account to another person or allow another person to use your account.
• All deposits, bets, and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Six6s app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Accounts using false, incomplete, or misleading registration information may be suspended without prior notice.

Registration on six6s app is free. There is no charge to open or maintain an account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person under any circumstances.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify six6s app support immediately.
• Six6s app will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not disclose your password in response to any such request.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, until you notify us of unauthorised access and your account is secured.
• We recommend using a strong, unique password for your six6s app account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Six6s app uses encrypted connections for all platform interactions. Your personal and financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on six6s app are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as indicated in the Deposit section of the platform

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed and credited to your six6s app balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank 's processing times.

You may only deposit funds into your six6s app account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to their source.

Six6s app does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Six6s app reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform in PKR.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Six6s app is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after funds have been dispatched from our end.

If you believe a withdrawal has been delayed unreasonably, please contact our support team with your account details and transaction reference.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on six6s app are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or market. General betting rules that apply across all markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in specific circumstances where the platform offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature.
• Six6s app reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by errors in odds, data feed failures, or events that are subsequently found to have been subject to manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other live events are subject to suspension during key moments such as wickets, DRS reviews, and umpire consultations. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at six6s app's discretion if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Bets placed on cricket matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for the market state otherwise.
• Six6s app uses real-time data feeds for all live markets. In the rare event of a data feed error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, six6s app reserves the right to void affected bets.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Six6s app may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus terms that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and must be completed within the stated time limit.
• Certain games and markets may contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Six6s app reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses are credited in PKR and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6s app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further action:

• Opening more than one account or participating in the platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing information, or insider knowledge of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in money laundering or using six6s app for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine recreational betting activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing six6s app staff or other users in any form.
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the six6s app platform.

Six6s app cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity will be reported as appropriate.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6s app platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, data, and bet markets — is the intellectual property of six6s app or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any six6s app content without prior written permission.
• The six6s app name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the six6s app platform by automated means is prohibited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to six6s app regarding the platform may be used by us freely without any obligation to compensate you.

11 Limitation of Liability

Six6s app provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• Six6s app is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
• Six6s app is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or from your own betting decisions.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
• Six6s app is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses howsoever arising.

12 Privacy and Data

• By creating an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Six6s app will not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Responsible Gaming

• Request by the account holder to close the account.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting six6s app support. Where an account is closed at your request, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered PKR payment method after any pending bets are settled.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these terms, six6s app reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity.

15 Changes to These Terms

Six6s app may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or via a notice displayed on the platform upon login. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the six6s app platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 14.
